Close Kept Secrets to Weight Loss Lesson #27 Imagine your life exactly as you want it to be! What does it look like, what does it feel like? Years ago after I had gone through my illness experience (I prefer to explain it as my "enlightening"), I began to feel and sense things on such a profound level. Things were opening up for me and becoming very expansive. This scared me somewhat as I couldn't understand what was happening. When I went back to my energy practitioner, she explained that I was opening up all my energy fields and thus was allowing who I truly am to come to be. I am being who God intended. Do we all have this capability? Absolutely! We are meant to experience things on such a grander scale, but our layers of stuff prevent us from coming into contact with who we really are. Take a few moments. Sit back and close your eyes. Wait! Don't close your eyes yet....WHEW! Okay, read this first and then close your eyes. If you were going to describe your life to someone, and you could only use descriptive words, which words would you use? Use a lot of detail to describe it. If you say it is rich, what does this mean? Describe rich. Take a few moments and use your imagination. What does your life look like? What do you see? What does it feel like? What's the texture? What sound does your life make? What does it taste like? When you speak of your life, what do you say? Now tap into your sixth sense. This is Spirit, the Universe calling to you. What is your purpose? You know what has been interesting? As I think about who I was and attracting my illness to help me do my introspective work, I'm amazed at how far I've come. I used to be a rescuer, the one who needed to make it okay for others, especially my ex-husband. I was the poster child for Manager of the Universe, leaving me last. I can now describe my life in such vivid, enriching terms. Without my own energy clearing, I wouldn't have been able to do this though. I needed to clear a lot of internal stuff that was standing in the way of me living a deeper, richer life. Now I'm here living my life on purpose and it feels incredible! Recently, I've encountered more men who are the rescuers, the managers of the Universe, the ones who need to make it okay for their partners. This isn't just unique to women; men also have these patterns of behavior as well. Why am I attracting these men? Because men don't talk about their issues with others, and I can certainly relate to their pattern of behavior. I can teach them to release so they can find their way back to their wholeness. It's time to release having to be it for someone else. We only need to be responsible for our own lives.
